This practice supports adults who want to move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust by understanding the patterns that shape their experiences. 

This work may be a good fit if you feel drawn to understnd yourself more deeply -- whether you are moving through something difficult, standing at a turning point, or sensing that something in your life is ready to shift.

You don't have to be in crisis or have everything figured out to begin.  

What matters most is a willingness to look inward with curiosity and honesty.
